“In a world that is fast-paced, what are the processes that one may undertake to create weekend spaces that are organic, and developed keeping in mind existent landscape and natural elements within, and adjacent to the land?”

Along the Bombay-Pune Expressway, approximately 26 kilometres from Pune, the Studio was invited to undertake the design of a land intended for weekend living. Situated along the banks of the Pawana River, this land is spread over 112 acres.

Over time, this has come to become an intensely used space for weekend living, and will continue to develop in an organic manner.
